Please welcome our sixth real estate blog to the ocregister.com mix: Laguna Beach Homes! Register reporter Kelli Hart, who carved out the Laguna blog from her year-old South Coast Homes, wrote:

“One thing we’ve learned over the past year is that the Laguna Beach real state market is a horse of a different color, so to speak.
